Refund Policy
At ForeverCorgiHome, customer satisfaction and the well-being of our puppies are extremely important to us. We are committed to making every adoption experience smooth, transparent, and trustworthy.
Reservation Deposits
A deposit is required to reserve a puppy. Once a puppy is marked as reserved, we stop offering that puppy to other families. For this reason, deposits are generally non-refundable.
Health Commitment
All puppies are carefully health-checked by a licensed veterinarian before delivery or pickup. Each puppy is provided in healthy condition, with health records available at the time of transfer.
Refund Eligibility
If, in the rare event, a serious health issue is identified by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving your puppy, please contact us immediately with written veterinary documentation so we can review the situation fairly.
Delivery and Order Changes
If delivery arrangements have already been confirmed, payments made toward transport and preparation may not be refundable.
